Marketing Plan
This summer, we worked closely with Sara Sternberger, Executive
Director and Jan Gamble, Director of Operations for Metro Urology,
one of the leading Urology clinics in the Twin Cities.
Problem
Both Sara & Jan were looking for a marketing plan. Yet just
as important, they were looking for a strategic process to help
prioritize their key marketing initiatives. In short, they wanted
to hire a marketing firm that could act as both an advisor and a
coach.
Solution
After 8 weeks of once-a-week meetings, the team ended up with a
usable marketing plan. The marketing plan was centered around several
key objectives:
- Improve the practice's brand recognition
- Begin developing new service lines
- Document tactics, timelines & responsibilities to ensure
proper implementation
