Working with the marketing manager, the marketing assistant and many of the company's managers & agents, we facilitated planning sessions with the company's top vendors and held regular strategy sessions to devise future marketing strategies. The marketing plan that emerged served as a blueprint for the company's marketing activities. Among the highest-priority marketing programs were newspaper ads, billboard advertising, radio advertising, direct mail, face-to-face selling events and a website relaunch.
